Baked Pepperoni Chips

It’s Monday y’all – the day everyone starts their diet. If it was warm where you are this past weekend then you’re probably like us and indulged out a bit too much. It’s time to jump back on the bandwagon with a chip snack alternative. Baked Pepperoni Chips!

These are super quick and easy to make. They satisfy your salty crunch cravings and one of the Malmy household go-tos! All you need is pepperoni’s and an oven.

Preheat your over to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with as many pepperoni’s as you can fit. We use your everyday Hormel pepperoni’s but I’m interested to try these with turkey pepperoni’s too. May just need to adjust the cook time a bit!

I could have fit more on this tray but was at the end of the bag.*

Bake for 10-12 mins. Keep a close eye on them around the 10 minute mark – they can go from perfect to burnt really quickly. If they still look a little flimsy in the centers, give them another minute or two, watching closely!

They will shrink tremendously and be swimming in grease. Take them out and transfer them to a sheet lined with paper towels to drain. I use either a slotted spatula or tongs, they’re pretty fragile.

After they’ve drained, enjoy your crispy, salty discs of deliciousness! Store in an air tight container. These would be great to test out at your March Madness parties.
