What started as a playful idea between my best friend and I to occupy our down time. Thinking back to my first post, I’m surprised it’s survived a whole year. “They” say the first year is the hardest. I’ll admit, I haven’t devoted much time to this blog – I need to be better at posting. I’ve only posted 40 blogs since its fruition. That’s not even once a week. Shame on me.
But even with my lack of posting, you all, about 6 thousand a month [!], are still here with me, still reading and still loving the madness.
To thank-you for your ongoing readership & support, let’s kick off Malmy Madness Year 2 with a giveaway! Continue reading

Our wedding was the perfect winter wonderland mix of sophistication and kick ass party. [All details below] It’s been featured on multiple blogs and in Coastal Virginia Bride magazine. We had an amazing photographer, Sarah Street, and I’ll let her photos do the talking… Continue reading
It’s December first. Another year gone. It’s been a trying year for my family. We lost my grandmother, then my grandfather and my sister moved to another state. These are the words I need to remember going into 2017, for life is short and we need to make the most of it. Continue reading
Boy oh boy! The past two months have been a whirlwind. 2 out of town weddings, a first birthday, holidays, home renovations and so much more! Sadly, Malmy Madness was the last thing on my mind and fell to the wayside.
Well… I’m back!
I have so many exciting things to share with you all. It’s the most wonderful time of the year, so buckle up and stay tuned because I’m going to be firing them at ya!
Fall is everyone favorite season, right? Football, weather is perfect [most of the time], all the best holidays, the list is endless. I always see these awesome fall bucket lists, but after looking into them more they aren’t reasonable with a baby/toddler. No baby wants to go apple picking! So I’ve made our very own ‘Toddler’s First Fall Bucket List’.
Follow along with us below, I’ll be updating the list as we complete it!
- Make homemade apple sauce & enjoy it’s deliciousness
- Pick & carve the very first pumpkin
- Play with pumpkin guts & toast the seeds
- Have a bonfire & roast s’mores
- Meet out of town family
- Go trick-or-treating
- Go on a nature walk
- Finger paint with fall colors
- Have a first birthday!
- Enjoy a Thanksgiving feast
What are some of your favorite fall activities?
